Migrated product requirements from documentation/prd.rst to OpenSpec Markdown format, creating capability specs for immutable-dictionary, immutable-namespace, immutable-classes, immutable-modules, utilities, exception-handling, and system-qualities. Validated using openspec validate.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9764943571124518199 started by @emcd

Migrates the Product Requirements Document (PRD) from `documentation/prd.rst` to OpenSpec format in `documentation/architecture/openspec/specs/`.

Creates the following capabilities:
- immutable-dictionary
- immutable-namespace
- immutable-classes
- immutable-modules
- utilities
- exception-handling
- system-qualities

Each capability includes a `spec.md` with Requirements and Scenarios derived from the original PRD and codebase analysis.

Phase 2 (Design Migration) was evaluated, but no detailed design documents were found in `documentation/architecture/designs/*.rst` to migrate.
