I noticed that Travis is running Composer 1.2.x-dev (after There was perhaps some recent changes in Composer vis-a-vis the way install vs update is handled on the first run? |

This is a duplicate of #38. I am opening a new PR for the benefit of Travis, as the last test run does not appear to reference the right commit (should be 28408a2)
