Somewhere after version 2.2.1 docker-java stopped working with .dockerignore files that ignored all files and directories except for a few specified.
We only needed a couple files or directories to be submitted to the docker server for build and found it much easier to ignore all but a few files.
This PR includes a unit test for such a case and the fix to address the problem.
