Adds Bilig WorkPaper MCP to the Docker MCP Registry.
Bilig WorkPaper is a TypeScript formula workbook runtime for agents and Node services. The MCP server exposes file-backed WorkPaper tools for sheet/range reads, cell edits, formula recalculation, readback verification, and WorkPaper JSON export.
