Atomic Agent is a local-first CLI and TUI coding assistant. It runs open-weight models entirely on your machine through a llama.cpp fork, so there is no account or API key required to install and run it.

I added it to two sections, since it genuinely fits both: AI Coding Tools (alongside Cline, OpenCode and Claude Code) and CLIs & Terminal Tools (it ships as a terminal CLI and TUI). Happy to drop one of them if you would rather keep a single entry.

Both rows follow the existing format in the file: * [Name](url) - Description., appended to the end of their section.

One note in the interest of being upfront: the repo itself is about 4 months old. It is active though (~2k stars) and maintained by the AtomicBot-ai organization, which ships several established projects. Completely understand if that is too new for the list.
