GitHub's current runner images no longer ship Subversion, so this diagnostic-only command in the `test-php` job's "General debug information" step fails with `svn: command not found` (exit 127). Because the job's other steps don't set `continue-on-error`, this failure takes down the entire step, and by extension the whole `test-php` matrix leg, even though nothing about the command's output was ever load-bearing for the tests themselves. Trunk's own current `unit-test.yml` no longer runs this command either, so this brings the step back in line with what already runs there.
