Sets `process.env.BROWSERSLIST_IGNORE_OLD_DATA` in `test/unit/jest.config.js` so Browserslist does not emit its 'caniuse-lite is outdated' warning during Jest runs. This branch's `caniuse-lite` dependency is pinned to a fixed version and never receives updates, so the warning can only get more stale over time; it is not actionable and would otherwise pollute test output or trip console-output assertions in tests that check for a clean console.

Browserslist's staleness threshold for its warning is a few months, so this dependency is now very likely well past that threshold and the warning is very likely actively firing during unit test runs, though this was not independently confirmed by running the test suite. Regardless of whether it is currently firing, the warning can only ever become more accurate over time on a branch that never updatescaniuse-lite, so silencing it is a safe, low-risk change either way.How?
