BUG: Webdriver JS example is not running on Windows machine #191

Description:
While running webdriver js, it is always throwing timeout error.
Steps to reproduce:
- Clone
https://github.com/dequelabs/watcher-examplesrepo - Run test from webdriver js and verify
Expected behavior:
Test should run successfully
Actual behavior:
Test is failing with timeout error

Note:
This issue is only happening on new Windows machine (Me and Padma both tried on NEW Windows machine same issue observed)
