Add Wiz Terraform Registry domain to allow-list #321

Wiz provides their Wiz Terraform Registry: https://docs.wiz.io/docs/deployments-terraform-reg-modules (Likely pay-walled)

It is a public, unauthenticated Terraform Registry.

I'm hoping it would be possible to add this to the allow-list for the proxy so that it doesn't block requests.
