Description

When trying to highlight or change text background in Rich Text, the color dropdown does not open on iOS devices.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enter text into Rich Text editor on iOS (Safari, Chrome or Brave)
2. Highlight text
3. Click on highlight/background icons in toolbar
4. No dropdown appears - only tooltip
