Without the increased stack size for Cygwin builds this PR will fail in Appveyor with:

TestLeakAutoVar::recursiveCountLimit
make: *** [Makefile:266: test] Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Command exited with code 2

appveyor.yml: Move Cygwin tests to the end of test_script

This avoids that the Cppcheck binary is overwritten and tests are
executed for the wrong build.
