What changes did you make and why?

This pull request implements the full animated Floating Action Button (FAB) upload menu on the PendingUploadsFragment. This change resolves the the ux issue where users lacked a visible, direct, and familiar method to initiate subsequent uploads while monitoring the progress.

Key changes include:

1. Feature Implementation: Added the standard multi-FAB group (Camera, Gallery, Custom Selecter) and the animation logic to PendingUploadsFragment.kt and fragment_pending_uploads.xml. This ensures full functionalitiee on the new screen.

Tests performed (required)

Tested ProdDebug on Redmi note 13 pro 5g with API level 35.

Verified that:

• Tapping the main FAB (+) expands and collapses the three upload options (Camera, Gallery, Custom Selector) with the correct animacion.
• The FABs on the Pending screen look visually identicel to the FABs on the Contributions screen.
