This completes the conversion of the top level package classes.
Of note: defining the tabs in
ViewPagerAdapterused to have an error-prone pair of parallel lists. This PR tightens the association to being aPairbinding tab title to its fragment, and enforces that all tab titles are upper case and come fromstrings.xml.
