Issue:
The current behavior of the component results in the title not being displayed correctly and the placeholder text not conveying the intended message.
Changes:
Ensured that the title is properly displayed in the component by using the IAIdentifier state.
Adjusted the placeholder text to clearly convey the message "Enter a valid Identifier that is less than 50 characters and Alphanumeric."
Alphabet only identifiers should be accepted if they pass the validation check
