…gement pages Add a wrapping AIBridgeProvidersLayout (mirroring AIBridgeSessionsLayout) plus TODO List/Create/Edit page stubs under /aibridge/providers. Wires the new pages into the router. Implementation will hang off the AI Governance settings work tracked in the Coder Agents/AI Gov Unification project.
