Template authors can now direct chat traffic to a specific workspace agent
by naming it with the `-coderd-chat` suffix (e.g.,
`resource "coder_agent" "dev-coderd-chat"`). When no agent matches the
suffix, chatd falls back to a deterministic default (first root agent by
DisplayOrder, then Name). Multiple suffix matches fail with an actionable
error.
This replaces the previous `agents[0]` selection, which depended on
undefined DB row order and could not distinguish between agents.
Changes:
root-agent filtering, and stable deterministic sorting.
replacing all `agents[0]` usage.
so `create_workspace` stays idempotent for running workspaces.
ResourceCard, build logs).
so they do not appear in VPN DNS.
workspace update broadcast tests, and frontend unit tests.
