`coder_script` that runs after prebuild is claimed #23087

As far as I can tell, there is no hook where I can do things after a prebuild is claimed. Some things I'd potentially like to do:

change the hostname to the new workspace name
personalize the workspace for the user that just claimed it (i.e. fetch and install dotfiles)
