Removes links to broken Quicktime videos from the 2009 conference. While the URLs can be updated to resolve correctly, the videos no longer seem to work on the Brown website, e.g.:
https://library.brown.edu/code4lib/lightning_day1.html
The pages still have links to versions hosted on the Internet Archive though.
