This commit is about building Haskell, specifically the Glasgow compiler , from the project's source code. On the one hand, this can upgrade your current version to the latest project version, 9.12.2, and on the other hand, it can significantly reduce the size of one of your largest images , by a little over forty percent.

While this works fine, I'll still check for missing libraries with iogii and Nibbles, which run on this potential new base image.
