We are starting to delete the code for the progress v1 page. Progress v1 is officially deprecated with no users since Jan 1 2026.

This PR:

  • Deletes the selector logic that selects between the v1 and v2 progress pages
  • Deletes all related dcdo flags (and a couple that are not used at all)
