This experimentally extends the Python.run API in
seth/pretty-in-py#60300 to actually use pycall_thread: https://github.com/snickell/pycall_threadThis makes the Python.run() API not just a hollow wrapper.
Right now this PR is having deep issues that need C-level debugging.
