- Since Catalina isn't receiving security updates, we should probably discourage its use?
- Included a permalink to the past SETUP.md catalina instructions on github "just in case".
No longer receiving security updates => ideally shouldn't use.

We use "M1" where we mean "M1/M2 and any future named apple silicon processor", but I don't think that adds confusion at this time. |
