Migrated ResourceLink to new Storybook API and deleted ProjectsGallery story because it is not a reusable component.
I did spend a bit of time migrating ProjectsGallery.
But after discussion with Maddie, we both agreed the component is not reusable. However, we see that ProjectsGallery could be refactored so it is reusable in the future.
