chrome://inspect shows Cloudflare Worker as remote target, but chrome's native devtools don't work #11174

What versions & operating system are you using?
Wrangler 4.41.0, mac os latest
Please provide a link to a minimal reproduction

Describe the Bug
- Go to
chrome://inspectwith Wrangler running - It shows you an option to inspect a Cloudflare Worker — great!
- Then you try to use it — and it doesn't work, no JavaScript VM instance shows up in menu, etc.
Please provide any relevant error logs
