ok, I've tried a different approach
- The License title is an implicit hyperlink
- clashes with the _
LICENSE, an explicit hyperlink
I'll change the explicit one.
- fixed some sphinx warnings that stopped the RST from rendering properly on pypi - fixed links to other files in the repo (CONTRIBUTING, LICENSE) - bumped beta version Change-Id: Ia0bac56dd263a6438c5584ee08cd163d92fef021
