Translates the strings in
src/i18n/locales/ne.tsthat were still in English and removes the matchingTODO: Translatecomments (menu minimap and backup, table panel filter and default value labels, export image options, export diagram error, the DBML import dialog, and the add relationship context menu item).ne.tsnow has no English leftovers except the termsRefs,VisualsandJSON, which I kept as is. I reused the wording already in the file (तालिका, आयात/निर्यात, सम्बन्ध, फिल्टर) and checked that the{{typeName}}placeholders are intact. Prettier 3.3.3 passes on the file. I didn't run the app or the test suite.Refs #130
