You are receiving duplicate confirmation emails because the system is not configured to disable the standard confirmation emails for either the host or the attendee. I think it's because some people (me included) don't receive confirmations for their bookings #20098 at all. You get an extra one to keep the system in balance! |

In my case, I use Zoho integration (http://zoho.com) with calendar, and Zoho sends emails via noreply@eu-sender.zohocalendar.com for calendar events/Zoho Console API. Therefore, I suspect that the provider of my connected calendar (Zoho) automatically sends the event emails. |

I’m running into an issue with Cal.com where duplicate confirmation emails are being sent out to people who book an event with us. Here’s what’s happening:
Both emails have nearly the same content, so the person booking the event (the scheduler) ends up receiving two confirmation emails for what looks like the same booking. It’s a bit confusing for them, and I’m trying to avoid this if possible.
