component adapter: large single argument or environment value still traps #14960

#8594 points out that environment variables/parameters can exceed 64 KiB; however, if an individual parameter or environment variable value reaches 60 KiB, it still triggers the "cannot leave component instance" error.
See #8594 for more details—perhaps only the total size limit was fixed?
