This interpreter was provided in the Ubuntu 20.04 package repository, but is not available in Ubuntu 22.04, nor in the Deadsnakes PPA, nor in `python-build-standalone`. Now that we're switching to Ubuntu 22.04, we no longer have any reasonable way to install Python 3.6 remaining to us, so drop these tests. Signed-off-by: Matt Wozniski <mwozniski@bloomberg.net>
