feat(components): kanban batch editing, GitHub Pages demo, v0.1.1

- Kanban board: batch edit mode for assignees/labels with Done/Cancel
- Kanban board: cancel/close on all edit fields (title, priority, dates, description)
- Kanban board: start_date field support
- i18n: 6 new kanban keys (start_date, no_priority, no_description, label_name, create_label, done) in 11 locales
- Demo: shell.html paths fixed for GitHub Pages (../build/)
- GitHub Actions: deploy-demo.yml for auto gh-pages deployment
