genres-tree.yaml: categorizes Colombian latin pop as europop

Hi, I was using beets to import an album from Shakira (a Colombian singer) and I noticed it changed "latin pop" to "europop" due to it being sorted there in https://github.com/beetbox/beets/blob/9f442dcf7573c767bb5453f0ec699fa1c87afcbe/beetsplug/lastgenre/genres-tree.yaml#L598

Was the idea that Spanish latin pop is europop? In any case it feels strange, to say the least.
