Compile the jemdoc files to html using the Jemdoc Mathjax utility by Jang Feng. (The original Jemdoc app does not support Python 3).

Follow the intructions at above link to put jemdoc on your path.

Then run the following to update a page or all pages:

jemdoc index.jemdoc
jemdoc *.jemdoc
