Works like bzip2 and as a drop-in-replacement for it.

Hey that looks great, but I'm wondering whether we could merge this with the bzip2 module and just have a flag to select the actual binary used for compression? |

I have added compressor "Parallel BZIP2" (pbzip2) for making use of multiple cores when compressing backups.
Tested on Ubuntu Linux 18.04LTS and ruby 2.4.3p205 (2017-12-14 revision 61247) [x86_64-linux].
