statically compile ast-grep for Linux using docker #1275

I used that:

docker run --rm -v $(pwd):/tmp/  rust:1.79-alpine sh -c 'apk add --no-cache build-base ; cargo install ast-grep ; cp ${CARGO_HOME}/bin/ast-grep /tmp/'

You get a statically complied binary that can run on most Linux with the same architecture ; tested on Debian and Alpine x86_64.
