Seem to work in parcel watch but not parcel build

Process or Steps to Reproduce

1. npm run predeploy

Expected result

css file created and a link tag inside the index.html file

Current result

only the js files are created and linked

Possible Fix

• waiting to see if parcel community in spectrum chat provide any information

• checked everywhere online and looked through a lot of issues but nothing found.
