This PR aims to make
README.mdandexamplesup-to-date with 4.1.0 (exceptApache Icebergexample).Why are the changes needed?
To provide the latest updates on top of Apache Spark 4.1.0 images.
In addition,
pi-java21.yamlis adjusted and renamed topi-java17.yamlbecausepi.yamluses Java 21 already by default since Apache Spark 4.1.0.Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
