Pull Request Overview
This PR fixes an issue where commits don't belong to any branch during the release process by ensuring the release branch is pushed to the repository.
- Adds git push command for the release branch in the publish-git phase
- Updates documentation to reflect that both the RC tag and release branch are pushed
