Fixes #11976

Motivation

Currently, the dataproxy go sdk returns generic error message "server error" when server-side errors occur, making it difficult for developers to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively. This PR add the full batch response information to facilitate server-side error troubleshooting.

Modifications

modify the worker.go file and add the full batch response information in the error message when server-side errors occur.
