Description

This PR fixes missing "-m tcp" or "-m udp" which cause some networking issues.

@weizhouapache a Jenkins job has been kicked to build packages. It will be bundled with KVM, XenServer and VMware SystemVM templates. I'll keep you posted as I make progress.

maybe we should start using format strings

not a biggy or in scope for this PR, just a thought on systemvm python code in general.
