make separate table for glibc 2.36

Separated the binaries into two distinct tables in commit 88c4930:

  • Standard Binaries - Regular Python builds (3.13.9, 3.12.10, 3.11.12, 3.8.20)
  • glibc 2.36+ Compatible Binaries - Builds with glibc 2.36 compatibility (3.10.19, 3.9.25, 3.9.22)
