Issue for this PR

Docs only, no issue.

Type of change

  • Bug fix
  • New feature
  • Refactor / code improvement
  • Documentation

What does this PR do?

Adds one row for QualityLayer to the Projects table on the ecosystem page. I built it. It puts the engineer back in the loop of OpenCode: you approve the plan before code exists, the agent builds test first, and an agent that did not write the code checks the result before you review the pull request.

How did you verify your code works?

Kept the table column widths the same as the other rows and checked the rendered Markdown.

This one-line docs addition is well-formed: the row matches the table's column widths, and the linked repository exists and lists OpenCode as a supported agent. Public API is unchanged.

Two small points:

  • The description says to start it "with /ql", but the project's README shows it being driven by installed skills (ql-workflow, etc.) that you call by asking in plain language. It doesn't show a /ql command. If OpenCode users don't get a /ql command, please reword it so it matches how they actually start it.
  • The project's README links to a paid app (7-day trial, licence activation). Whether that fits this list is the maintainers' call, but it might help to say so in the row.

Is /ql a real command in OpenCode? The README describes skills (ql-workflow, …) that you call in plain language ("Using QualityLayer, plan …"). If there's no /ql command for OpenCode, please describe how it's actually used, so readers aren't sent looking for a command that doesn't exist.

The new wording drops the /ql command and describes the workflow the project's README documents, so the earlier point is addressed. The row still lines up with the rest of the table. Public API is unchanged. No new concerns.

This commit only rewords the row's description. The table still lines up, and the /ql point from my earlier review stays addressed. Public API is unchanged. No new concerns.
