Summary

  • Bundle all 14 official Figma skills and their supporting files at the existing pinned revision.
  • Make manual sync discover every upstream directory containing SKILL.md, with no hardcoded skill selection or exclusions.
  • Remove previously bundled skill directories only when they disappear upstream, and record the resolved revision and discovered IDs.
  • Update documentation to describe the complete bundle. Sync remains manual-only, with no installation, startup, build, or CI hooks.

Validation

  • Ran manual sync against the pinned revision and confirmed all 14 skills were discovered.
  • Verified all 91 upstream files match byte-for-byte.
  • Confirmed plugin setup registers all 14 skills.
  • Package typecheck and formatting checks pass.
  • bun run check passes with existing repository lint warnings.

Looks good. I fetched the pinned upstream revision, and the bundled skills/ directory matches it byte-for-byte (only NOTICE.md is extra). Re-running sync:skills at that revision finds 14 skills and leaves the tree unchanged. A skill that disappears upstream is removed, and untracked local folders are left alone. Calling the plugin's setup with a stub context registers all 14 skills, and the package typecheck passes.

Public API: no plugin API, config or CLI changes. The opt-in Figma plugin now registers 8 more skills: figma-generate-diagram, figma-generative-plugins, figma-implement-motion, figma-shaders, figma-swiftui, figma-use-figjam, figma-use-motion and figma-use-slides. This is backwards compatible, because existing skills with the same IDs still take precedence.

No blocking concerns.
