Windows ARM64 users only saw the x64 installer, which runs under emulation. The release metadata already includes opencode-desktop-win-arm64.exe.

Looks good. I called the download route's handler directly: on the base, /download/{stable,beta}/windows-aarch64-nsis returns 404. With this PR it redirects to opencode-desktop-win-arm64.exe, which the live update metadata lists on both channels. The x64 links are unchanged. The console typecheck passes, and every locale has the new key.
Public API: unchanged. The only addition is a new download URL on the website.

The download page offered Windows ARM64 users only the x64 desktop installer, which runs under Prism emulation. Emulated x64 builds have the longest crash history on Windows ARM64 (#4340, #5556, #10302, #40482, #41099). The latest release metadata already includes
opencode-desktop-win-arm64.exe, so the page only needed a row.DownloadPlatformgainswindows-aarch64-nsis, following the existingdarwin-aarch64-dmgnaming. Stable and beta both map it toopencode-desktop-win-arm64.exe.download.platform.windowsArm64as "Windows (ARM64)". Every locale keeps "Windows (x64)" untranslated, so the new label follows suit.curlandnpmcommands already install the native ARM64 CLI once fix(cli): install the native binary on Windows ARM64 #54955 ships. A winget row should wait untilAnomaly.OpenCode(feat(cli): publish and upgrade official WinGet packages #54808) is approved in winget-pkgs.
