findIndex is very cheap, specially for small arrays, no need to find agent and then again findIndex later if agent doesn't have color property.
well subagents also needs to have distinct color in subagent explore, figure this out while testing and I don't want to upset David

What does this PR do?
extends the existing color configuration option to accept theme colors along with hex-based color values, so user's can customize agent color to follow their theme's color palette.
