ng add @angular/fire <- Generates the config that does not compile #3675
Description
Angular version: 20.0.0
Angular Fire version: "@angular/fire": "20.0.1"
Following the workflow after executing
ng add @angular/fire
generates the config like below:
provideFirebaseApp(() =>
initializeApp({
projectId: '*****',
appId: '*****',
storageBucket: '*****',
apiKey: '*****',
authDomain: '*****',
messagingSenderId: '*****',
measurementId: '*****',
projectNumber: '*****',
version: '**',
}),
),
provideFirestore(() => getFirestore()),
However, the underlying Firebase Config Object FirebaseOptions does not recognize the last 2 properties projectNumber and version.
They have to be commented out to make sure the application compiles. Can they be removed as they do not map correctly with the underlying interface?
