Includes the following changes:

  • Cherry-picked support for TypeScript 4.6 to the current minor version.
  • Bumping up the version in the package.json so that the tooling can pick it up.

Adds support for TypeScript 4.6.

For later reference: Our plan is to create a new minor release-train for v13. This is an exceptional minor situation that is expected to rarely occur, hence requiring some manual steps. We need to be careful in setting this up since the merge tool, release tool and AIO deployment are reliant on the remote branch names and versions.

The procedure that should work is: (1) Copy 13.2.x into 13.3.x, (2) bump the version to 13.3.0-next.0, (3) publish a new pre-release 13.3.0-rc.0 using the ng-dev release tool. The bump PR needs to be merged manually through the UI.
