Added a simple Naive Bayes Classifier to learning.py that takes as input a dictionary of CountingProbDist objects -with keys the tuple (ClassName, ClassProbability)- and can be used to predict classes of strings and lists.

Looks good. For ['a']*50 + ['b']*30 + ['c']*15, I would probably do 'a'*50 + 'b'*30 + 'c'*15.
