This is a shallow clone of the full HSF codebase without any sensitive information.
The database is unpopulated and cannot be fully repopulated from the hsf_DR1 repo.
My intention is not for users to run the code and reproduce HSF results, but to provide a record of the logic used to create those results.
Time permitting, I may come back in the future to improve functionality such that the survey paper results can be reproduced exactly from just this and the hsf_DR1 repo.

targets: record diagnostic info, observation history, etc.
Target
TNS_name: primary key, last two digits of year + alphabetical code (e.g. SN 2023abc -> 23abc)
tns_sn_z: Supernova redshift as reported on TNS (null ok)
tns_host_gal: Name of host galaxy as reported on TNS (null ok)
tns_host_gal_z: Redshift of host galaxy as reported on TNS (null ok)
galaxy: Foreign key. Many-to-one relationship to allow siblings. See galaxies.models.Galaxy. (null ok)
queue_status: One letter code for observation triggering purposes.

status_reason: Text field explaining certain status codes if not obvious.
galaxy_status: One letter code for galaxy availability.

fit_status: One letter code for the quality of a given fit.
I should probably deprecate this and move it to fitting.models.FitResults
sub_status: One letter code for the quality of a subtraction.
I should probably adjust this to apply to Rubin's code and not ISIS subtraction or rotational subtraction.
sn_type: Foreign key to sn_type to allow for type hierarchy. See targets.models.TransientType
ra: Right ascension in J2000.0 degrees. Equal to tns_ra if not overwritten.
dec: Declination in J2000.0 degrees. Equal to tns_dec if not overwritten.
tns_ra: Right ascension in degrees as reported on TNS.
tns_dec: Declination in degrees as reported on TNS.
detection_date: MJD of discovery date on TNS.
discovering_group: Name of group to submit discovery report to TNS.
other_detections: Dictionary with keys for other groups and values of internal name and MJD.
classification_date: Date of spectroscopic classification, 0 if not available.
classifying_group: Name of group to submit classification, blank if not available.
other_classifications: Dictionary with keys for groups and values for MJD and classification.
ATLAS_name: ATLAS internal name (null ok)
ZTF_name: ZTF internal name (null ok)
queue_date: MJD of first entry into queue
Potentially redundant with some ot target_detail information. Might deprecate.
airmass: Dictionary containing airmass information for observing purposes.
Might deprecate since some observing logic is part of the ukirt_candidates.
bandpasses_str: alphabetical string of bandpasses with observations
current_values: Dictionary containing current magnitudes.
peak_values: Dictionary containing peak magnitudes.
tmax: MJD of maximum light in J
manual_z: For overriding galaxy redshifts. Might deprecate.
manual_z_err: for overriding galaxy redshift errors. Might deprecate
comments: Misc. comments
