This PR updates the contributor guide’s “How can I contribute…” table of contents to present the emojis at the start of each entry, improving scanability/consistency with other emoji usage in the document.
Changes:
- Reformat TOC links to place emojis before the section titles (e.g.,
:computer:before “Contribute Code”). - Minor formatting adjustment at the end of the “Review pull requests” list.
