Add an auto-generated documentation system and a common Jupyter notebook for exploring chapter exercises.
The documentation system uses
bin/gen_docs.pyto parse Python files and generate Markdown docs in thedocs/directory, including CLI usage and function/class summaries. Thenotebooks/All_Chapters_Exercises.ipynbnotebook provides discovery and helper functions to list and run chapter exercises.
